I want to remove all content from my blog but retain its name. When I click "Delete Blog" on my dashboard and select the "Remove All Content" option, I get the following message:
"If you wish to empty your blog of all of its content but keep the blog name, please contact support, and one of our Happiness Engineers will be glad to lend a hand."
I followed the link to "contact support" and it took me to this page, which is not helping at all. I don't want to "ask the community for support," I want one of the "Happiness Engineers" to lend a hand as promised...
