  1. How do I request a refund for a blog I bought yesterday?

    The blog I need help with is myneonrunningshoes.com.

  2. We cannot help you here at WordPress.com with any sites not being hosted by WordPress.COM and that site is not being hosted here. This is the correct forum for your software http://wordpress.ORG/support/ If you have not registered a WordPress.org username account yet you can do so on the top right hand corner of the page I just linked to so you can post to those support forums.

  3. the wordpress.org forum told me they do not have a store and my account is dot com account so I should look for help here

    Dashboard > My Upgrades
    Dashboard > Billing History

  5. WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all of our upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

    Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can request a refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard

  6. why did my auto renew come out after 11 months, I purchased a bundle January 14, 2011 should it not renew in January not December?? Please help
