   hi!
   i'm using http://www.whatshouldweread.wordpress.com as a running list of book suggestions for my book club. originally, i set up nero ratings at the top of each post to gauge the level of interest in each book.

   now we want to use the nero ratings to "vote" on which book we'll read each month. in order to do that, i need to reset the likes/dislikes back to ZEROS so that we can start with a fresh "ballot" each month.

   i don't see an option to reset in any menus and i've already tried removing ratings altogether and then adding them back in. didn't work.

   am i missing something?

   no one on twitter has been able to find an answer, either. any ideas, wordpress gods?

   As far as I know, there is no way to reset them. You can contact staff directly at http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ and search for anything, scroll down, click the "no" button and the contact form will appear.
