How do I show Summaries of my Posts?

    I want to display a summary of my post with an option to "continue reading". How do I do this with Bueno?

    The blog I need help with is aroundthetable.me.

    There are several ways of splitting content. http://en.support.wordpress.com/splitting-content/ The most commonly used one is inserting "the more tag" http://support.wordpress.com/splitting-content/more-tag/ into posts so only excerpts appear on the front page.

    P.S. This is not theme specific.
