How do I stop getting emails every time someone likes, or comments on my blog?

    I find out this when I log in anyway, so I don't need more emails in my inbox to just delete.

    The blog I need help with is haikubear.wordpress.com.

    At the bottom of each email is a link to unsubscribe.

    Really? I cant see it. And will that unsubscribe me from their blogs?

    Go to your dashboard, look on the left side of the page and scroll down til you see 'Settings'. Click on that and you'll see 'Discussion'. Click on discussion. On that page you'll see options for email notifications including comments and Likes.

    Don't forget to scroll down to the bottom of the page after you've checked the boxes you want, to click on the 'Save Changes' button.

    Change Your Email Settings > http://en.support.wordpress.com/following/
    Click the Manage Delivery Settings link in your reader to change your default email delivery methods for all the blogs you follow.

    Thank you absurdoldbird! That really answered my question, and helped immensely!
    I find wordpress has so many options that I get lost trying to find what I want, and sometimes it's under something I don't even realise! I'm a wordpress dunce!

    There is another options in Settings where you can choose how often posts appear :-)
