I have read many, many articles/helps on how to post tags and use categories and I cannot understand them. Who can help me? I need to build traffic to my blogs. Thanks.

If that's not matching you may need to check that you haven't hidden the tags module in your screen options.

Thanks. I checked that all 3 boxes are checked. What does it mean in POST TAGS when the heading says The name is as it appears on your blog? My blog's name? the name/headline of the posting? I really don't understand how this works and nothing I read shows me correctly.

To better help us assist you, can you please take a screenshot of what you see in the window you're referring to, then upload it via Media -> Add New in your blog's Dashboard?
