   You don't - Plug-in's are not allowed for security reasons.

   And you certainly don't need it. It doesn't really do anything, no matter how many bargain-basement SEO "gurus" claim otherwise. WP.com blogs automatically have better SEO than off-WP.com sites using that plugin.

   The only thing I've ever done with it on self-hosted sites is to hand-tailor meta descriptions, which is about all search engines look at as far as meta data anymore. I don't even know if that is worth it though since they only seem to use those hand-crafted descriptions about 40% of the time.
