How do you add a plugin?

  1. I would like to add a plugin to block the use of the right-click in order to protect copying the photos I post in my blog. I am using the free version of wordpress and I unsure if I am able to use plugins in this version. If there is a way, I would appreciate the how-to!

The blog I need help with is thekarmainitiative.wordpress.com.

  2. There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we cannot install pluings, or upload third-party themes, or edit templates or themes. Those plugins and themes found on the internet are for WordPress.ORG installs which run on different software.

There is no upgrade you can purchase from WordPress.com that changes anything stated here http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ and restated again here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/#important-notes-before-upgrading

If you want to have a blog you have FTP access to, plugins and/or want to install themes into then you will need to hire a web host and set up your own WordPress.org install. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
