How do you add more links to the nav bar on the grid-focus theme?

    Hi guys ,
    Just a quick question.
    I have been able to edit most of the css on the grid-focus theme on my blog..
    but how to i add more links to the nav bar where there are currently 3 links home, category and rss?
    thanks in advance.

    The blog I need help with is soulculture.wordpress.com.
