   I am trying to html tag code youtube video to auto play, I put the code in, <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/C9sYgqRtZGg&autoplay=1" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen> (old code) as well as <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/C9sYgqRtZGg&autoplay=1" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen> (new code), and neither one works in wordpress, however, when I do this in my HTML editor, conTEXT, it works fine, is there a way to auto play youtube video in WP?

   Well, you can't use iFrame for one thing.

   And why would you want to offend and alienate visitors by autoplaying anything?

   not sure about the <iframe...it is what I get when I copy the embed code from youtube...that part has been working for the last three years I have been putting youtube videos on my blog...
