Like, if the web address of your blog is "myblog.wordpress.com", then how do you change it? I've been fiddling around with it for a while, and I can't find how to do it. Is it one of those things that you can't change ever, or what?

I don't think you can, but you can make a new blog, and even transfer all your posts, comments, etc. deleting your blog, however, is impolite. you can keep it and hide it, that way if someone wants it you can transfer the blog.
Uh, no. It's easy enough to change the URL with the paid Domain upgrade.

To do it for free, you can change the displayed name, but not the URL, under Settings->General.
but my method saves $10 dollars a year... that's almost 3 cents a day.
