How do you edit the sidebar?

  1. Because nobody replied to my last post, I'd like to ask this again. I currently use the theme "Sapphire" and I like everything but the sidebar. So how do you edit the sidebar?

The blog I need help with is royalguardofcp.wordpress.com.

  2. Have you searched the forum for "sidebar"? Have you clicked on the tag cloud tag marked "Sidebar"? if you're looking for answers, those would be the place to start.

You can also search the Support documents about the sidebar:

    http://en.support.wordpress.com/?s=sidebar

  3. Try this: go to Appearance -> Widgets
then drag an empty text widget to your sidebar. Keeping the sidebar empty brings some default widgets. So add an empty text widget and set the title of the text widget as blank. So no headings will be shown and there will be no widgets also. but it will not remove the sidebar probably. Some themes have options to remove sidebar, and i dont know if your one supports.

  4. Ok, I seem to understand now. I think I understand it now. Thanks phoxis!
