   I haven't spent much time on WordPress but i insert the video code but when i publish it it dissapears how can i insert videos and have them not dissapear

   you can do this:
   1. go to youtube.com http://youtube.com/ and upload your video there
   2. then insert this syntax in your blog

   [youtube=url_of_the_video]

   that's it!

   There ar elinks in teh FAQ at the top of the forum that pass you along to instructions on how to add YouTube and Google videos to one's blog. Cyanee is a tad off on the syntax. :)
