How do you make your coment the last of the post?

  1. On http://nachoarmy.com (is it made by wordpress, but they bought that domain), One of the authors comments on a post and they have it so that it is the last comment of that post and even if someone else comments on the post, the comment will go under the last. How do you do that?

    ~~~***--->Cahockey<---***~~~
    The blog I need help with is cahockeycoolstuff.wordpress.com.
  2. Hello? Anyone here?
  3. I'm afraid I cannot see what you are claiming. On this post on that blog, http://nachoarmy.com/2009/07/31/improvement/ , the comment by the author is at the top of the list of comments, not at the bottom.
    By default, comments are shown in chronological order from oldest at the top to newest at the bottom. You can change that order from newest to oldest if you wish.
    Give us a link to a post where you claim this is happening.
  4. It was happening at http://nachoarmy.com/2009/07/30/lolwut-nacho-creation-day/ and said "Comments won't be approved until 3 PM" but stopped it. and when I commented on that post, It went under it.
  5. The last comment on that page (newest at the bottom) is from Koko218.
  6. lol Really??? That is so funny! Koko218 is an author on my blog! Also, the comment from the author on that post was commenter 927 or somewhere in 900's but It was around number 84 and all comments went under it. The user was ***Person1233***
  7. ***Person1233*** seems to be the first comment made (at the top) for every post that they have authored, is that what you mean?
  8. No, but I'll just ask him how he did it. I don't know if he did something like this "<whatever>" or is really smart at wordpress.
  9. On your own blog you can put your comments anywhere you want them. All you have to do is edit the comment and change the date/time. It ain't rocket science.
  10. Well, what would you do if I told you I was a rocket scientist? Just Kidding. Thanks, but how can he change the comments right when they click "Submit" or whatever it is?
  11. Since that site owner approves comments at a specific time, it is easy for them to make a comment that is either before all the other comments or after all the other comments. They look at either the earliest or latest comment and then adjust the time on their comment so that it is either before or after all the others.
  12. I found it! You make the comment then change the time to an hour ahead then all comments posted before that will go under it!
  13. Which is exactly what I told you right above your post in different words.
