How exactly do I upload grooveshark to my wordpress?

    I think I have downloaded it, but where do I go from there? Is there something I should click on that will allow me to bring that archive thing into my wordpress and magically make it all happen or is it more complicated than that? Help!

    We don't allow plugins on WordPress.com for security reasons. Plugins are a feature only available for self-hosted blogs provided through WordPress.org.
