Hi all,
I am a administrator of a hacking blog ,now as you all know that hacking blog looks like a cool or darkish shade or looks like a dangerous ,so can you tell me that,how I can put a poster or banner of hacking in my blog

Yup, that's the idea, right above me. It's all HTML coding, which can definitely be solved.

Have you read the Terms of Service? I don't think a hacking blog fits them very well. You may need to move the blog elsewhere.
