I have spent hours trying to resolve a problem importing my blog to facebook. I have contacted Support twice. How long do they take to respond usually. I'm thinking I can't waste any more time on this so will probably have to transfer my blog to a different provider.

Nothing works so I'm thinking of jacking it in. I'm spending more time on this than I am on proper work!
Have you checked your spam folder? Sometimes emails can slip into there on accident.
