How much info can people actually gather in logs??

  1. I am being harassed by someone who's blog I used to visit. At the time I visited their blog, I believe they were using wordpress, but hosting it on their own server. This is an example of a log they sent me claiming that it showed i visited their blog (I DID visit their blog at the time they said I did...I'm just wondering if a blog would have this much personal information in it). I don't capture IP addresses or host my own blog so I am just curious if this is what a log actually looks like.

Thanks for your help (taking out identifying information on this copies/pasted log the person sent me, but hopefully this will be enough information)

Host Name: (MY IP ADDRESS).lightspeed.tukrga.sbcglobal.net Browser:
    >>Safari 5.0 IP Address: (MY IP ADRESS) — (MY FULL FIRST AND LAST NAME) - (THE NAME OF THE BLOG I WAS USING AT THE TIME)

Thanks in advance for any help.

  2. Hi there,

Since you've submitted a ticket about this and this could potentially discuss private information, I will close this thread and you will get answered via email.

    Cheers!
