How to access html code

  1. How do I access the HTML code of my wordpress? I have read a lot of tutorials on the internet, some of them say that there is a button (Appearance -> Editor), and there isn't.
Which is the easiest way to get to the HTML code and edit it?
    (p.s. I haven't bought any upgrades, it's just a simple wordpress blog, roleague.wordpress.com )
Ty, waitin' for your answers asap.

The blog I need help with is roleague.wordpress.com.

  2. Read these please:
Note this is a multiuser blogging platform and the Custom Design upgrade does not permit the editing of the core PHP or template files of any theme.

Does the Custom Design upgrade let me edit HTML?
No. The Custom Design upgrade allows you to edit fonts and CSS only. You can change the appearance of a theme, but not its HTML markup, PHP code, or content. If you require this functionality, please consider moving your blog to a web host that supports theme code modifications, suitable hosts can be found here. Read more about why here. You can choose to apply your custom fonts or custom stylesheet to any of the themes available on WordPress.com. Some themes, like the plain but versatile Sandbox and Toolbox, are blank canvases waiting for your custom fonts, CSS and images. http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/#frequently-asked-questions
