I am using the Koi theme with a white background but I still have part of the default background showing up in the header section of the theme. How do I fix this problem? I cannot access the theme editor.

Hi. If you are referring to http://prhayz.wordpress.com please note that Appearance > Editor is a feature of WordPress.ORG, which does not work the same way as WordPress.COM. More on the differences here.
