How to add a theme from 3rd party

    I would like to use a theme supplied by a third party. It is supportine WordPress.
    What should I do to use the new theme?

    The blog I need help with is plus-size-fashion-4-women.com.

    You can't use a third party theme here: those are for WordPress.ORG blogs, not wordpress.COM blogs. If you bought one, ask for your money back.
