I have 2 blogs, which are really the same blog, in two different languages. I would like to have them all one blog, with a button that would select the English site and another which would select the Italian site. Is this possible?

Over all, toggle buttons use javascript and that's a no-go here on WordPress.com.

Your only option at the moment is to open two separate blogs, using the same theme, and link between the two of them in the navbar or a sidebar widget.
