How to add a wordpress website on google Webmasters Central?

    how do you add your wordpress blog to google Webmasters Central?
    I tried using meta tag but didnt work.

    The blog I need help with is lacyberintimidation.wordpress.com.

    We cannot use the meta tags. We can only use these instructions > http://en.support.wordpress.com/webmaster-tools/
