   I'm new at WordPress.com. How could I require you to add a zone record on the WordPress.com servers to use my own domain (.com.br) while support is not available?

   The blog I need help with is urbanbeach.wordpress.com.

   I'm not clear what you are trying to do. Do you want your blog to appear at a site like
   http://mysite.com.br ? If so see this page on domain mapping:

   http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/

   Apologies if you wanted something else!

   In this support page, I was instructed to contact support, as follows:
   "For domains such as .com.br and other international TLDs, your registrar may require us to add a zone record on the WordPress.com servers before you can update the name servers. Please contact support with the appropriate information, and we will take care of this for you."

   But, support will be unavailable until oct 19th, as informed here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/

   Thus, I'm trying to find another way to do this, because I need it before October 19.

   Support must do it for you. There's no other way. I've tagged this thread with modlook, and hopefully someone will check this thread.

   I have my blog padicoisa.wordpress.com and would like to map my domain
   PADICOISA.COM.BR. My registrar REGISTRO.BR require you to add a zone record on the WordPress.com servers before I can update the name servers.
