How to add categories to side bar...

    All,

    I've read in these forums that you can have up to 12 categories but no more? I am setting up a recipe blog, and I want to be able to categorise by course, nationality and ingredient, all down the right hand side of my blog. Now at the minute I have nationality & course mixed together under the 'Categories' section. I would like to create a 'By Nationality' section and a 'By Ingredient' section and somehow either tag or categorize each post so they are automatically filled. Is this possible?

    You can have many more categories. If you use more than 12 tags+categories for a post, it will not appear in the public listings around WordPress.com though.

    There isn't a way to autofill categories. You will need to categorize each of your posts.
