I would like to add pages to a post as illustrated on the Fresh & Clean sample blog. The link to the sample blog is below and you can see at the bottom of the post buttons for extra pages. Does anyone know how to do this?

That's not possible to "add pages to a post" and it's not what you are seeing. The Previous post and Next post links for navigation are provided by the theme and are appearing on your blog. As you publish more posts they will appear.
hmm, when looking at the post i linked above i can see at the bottom of the post, under the comment box, the previous and next post links and they are different than the pages 1,2, 3 buttons above the comment box. any other ideas on how to accomplish the 1,2,3 buttons regardless of whether they are actually "pages"?
You can use pagination.
