How to add previous/next link to Rubric's Theme

    I saw that some blogs have a "previous" and "next" links when showing comments. Is it possible to add those links to Rubric's theme? I have CSS Upgrade and my blog is: http://moontrader.wordpress.com

    No. CSS does not generate HTML.
