How to add "Share" or "Like" sections at bottom of each post?

    Just stumbled across a blog where these interactive portions were available (http://malindaessex.wordpress.com/2011/04/21/3-things-ive-learned-from-a-month-of-blogging/) and was wondering how to add them into my own blog. I tried googling and searching the forums for the instructions but couldn't come up with anything. Excuse me if I'm just missing a really obvious option, but if anyone knows how to add it in, do let me know!

    I also found out that it's part of the wordpress.com theme blog, when I tried click on the theme (http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/mistylook/).

    The blog I need help with is donutleaf.wordpress.com.
