how to change colour of links in theme Quintus custom designed

    Hi,

    I use the Quitus theme, with upgrade to Custom Design. How can I use the colour and background buttons to a. get a whitish band around my pictures and b. a colour of my choosing for links to other sites or text on the web within my text posts?
