It cannot be changed by a user. It is defined in the underlying theme files and we do not have access to those.
Contact staff about it so they can get that change request logged and corrected. Make sure and include what theme you are using.

The "leave a reply" is for comments. The more tag is for splitting posts. NOT the same thing.
