how to change picture next to my name

    How do I put a picture next to my name, instead of the one wordpress gave me?

    The blog I need help with is snailsearch.wordpress.com.

    It's called a gravatar and the instructions for uploading one are found here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/avatars/gravatars/ Note that the display is not instantaneous and sometimes takes a couple of days to appear. Do no keep uploading images as that will only delay the display.
