How to change the Twitter account the posts are shared from?

    I changed my Twitter username recently and now, whenever someone shares my post on Twitter, it displays the text "via @Geiel_FCB", although my new username on Twitter is @JenFCB, so the text should be "via @JenFCB". How can I change this? I already changed the twitter settings of the WP blog but apparently it didn't work.

    The blog I need help with is jentence.wordpress.com.
