   is it possible to click on one of the page links, in the right column, and have it redirect you to another website? if so how. Thank You.

   The blog I need help with is joannamirowska.com.

   Not a page link. That's what the Links widget is for, ie the Blogroll. If you want it separate from the blogroll, you can put it in a text widget, but you have to hand code the HTML.
