how to create a recruitment website with wordpress

    Hi guys,
    I am planning to use wordpress to create a recruitment website (not a jobboard) i would like to know if any of you know of a template that could be helpful or a tutorial on how to do so?
    The main features of that website are a search bar allowing to search with different criteria:
    -location(different countries)
    -area of work(IT, accountancy, sales etc)
    the type of website i am intersted in is like this one below:
    approachpeople dot com

    You will need to do this on a self-hosted wordpress install at somewhere like godaddy, bluehost, etc. This isn't something that can be done here at wordpess.COM. Head over to the wordpress.ORG forums and post your question there and you should get some suggestions.
