Can someone please explain to me how to create the slideshow header in the "forever" theme, as it is shown in the live demo. I can't find anywhere in the Header options to do this.
Thanks!

There is no slidehow in the header of that theme. There is a featured post slider. The instructions are found on the Theme Description page which is linked to on the bottom of your theme. To find the details for your theme click the theme link in the footer of your blog >

Your featured images must be 888 pixels wide. The post slider automatically shows up, once you set the 888-pixel image as a featured image and designate it as a sticky post.

Hi and thanks for your response. My images are looking really distorted though. What is the suggested height? Also, I can't seem to figure out how to have my "about" link visible on the blog. Please help!
Thanks!
Please use the searchbox > http://en.forums.wordpress.com/tags/forever
The dimensions of all featured images for the slider must be exact. They should be at least 888 pixels wide and 355 pixels in height for the slider. But there's more on featured images so scroll down to "Forever" http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2010/08/23/featured-images/
I can't seem to figure out how to have my "about" link visible on the blog.
Here's how to create Pages > http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/
Troubleshooting – My Pages aren’t appearing
They must be public pages – not private.
Public – The page will be visible to everyone.
Protected – The page is protected with a password you set. Only people who have the password can view a protected page.
Private – Pages are only visible to blog Editors and Administrators. Private pages are not visible in the Reader, feeds, or in any search. A page can be private without being password protected.

thanks again but my about page is already marked as public and I still can only locate it via my dashboard,so my concern is that a visitor to my site will not be able to find it. Also, I am finding that everytime I make a new post, not only is it (the most recent post) at the top of my blog, but it is also repeated at the bottom. How can I stop this from happening? I don't want to second post at the bottom.
Thanks again!
