How to define an invisible area on a page with a link

  1. Is there any way to define an area on my home page and assign a link to this area. Across from my logo, I have the logos of associations that I am a member of. One of them requires a link back to their site.

The entire thing is one graphic file so I thought of defining an area around the logo of this association with the link. Any Ideas how I can do this?

    thanks
