I bought a domain here on wordpress.com a couple of hours ago, but i'm not happy at all so I want my blog deleted and my 18(?) dollars back. Don't I have to do this before 48 hours have passed? I really need help. Not good at this at all...

It's my understanding that if you have purchased the domain with WordPress.com within the 48 hours indicated, you should still be able to see the contact form on the Support page.
Have you looked there? http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/
You can delete your blog at any time, but once you do, you can never get it back, neither the blog nor the blog's address.
