How to delete google cache?

  1. I would like to keep my hauntedbydisturbingvisions account, but there is a google cache that allows others to find texts about me, that i don't want to show them. I already deleted everything but it doesnt work. I still can find it on google. It's only the problem with the cache and i dont know how to fix it, as i want to keep my account, but without that content.
    Can you help me?

The blog I need help with is hauntedbydisturbingvisions.wordpress.de.

  2. Hi there,
You must be logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog to delete the content in the blog.

You can quickly remove your contents by deleting them in bulk.
bulk delete images & media http://en.support.wordpress.com/media/deleting-files/#bulk-deletion
    bulk delete posts > http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/edit-posts-screen/#bulk-edit
    bulk delete pages > http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/edit-pages-screen/#bulk-edit
Here's how to permanently delete Trash >
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/trash/
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/trash/#deleting-permanently

IMPORTANT NOTE: Deleting blog content and deleting blogs does not remove any indexed content from the SERPs (search engine page results). Google and Bing only clear their caches of deleted indexed content that produces a 404 (page not found) every 3 - 6 months.
