how to delete the site title (adventure journal theme) and insert a banner

    I would like to replace my site title with a custom header. However, i know nothing of html or css code. So my questions are:

    1) How do I remove my site title?--currently there is a small, empty box there.

    2) How do I move my custom banner to where the site title is currently? I have a portion of my banner up, because i cropped the photo to fit the "cookie cutter" dimensions for the theme adventure journal.

    Oh & I do have the custom design upgrade.

    It sounds like you want to keep the box but replace the text site title inside it with an image. If that's right, then this will put you on the right track:
