how to display subcategories under parent categories?

    I want to make my subcategories appear below the parent categories, instead of having it all list by alphabetical order -
    i'm currently using k2 template with an upgrade and I wanted to know what CSS i need to use to make my subcategories appear below my parent categoreis

    Actually you shouldn't need the CSS to do that. (Wouldn't work anyway.) Go back to the sidebar widget control and edit the category widget. Check the box labeled "Show Hierarcky" and save.

    Thanks drmike, that was helpful. My catagories are in hierarchy now, but the gray box that the catagories are in juts out to the right where my subcatagories are listed. Is that possibly just the way it will always be in the theme I chose? Will it do that in every theme? Is there any way for the hierarchy to be displayed other than tabulated?

    i don't think so, and i think the look of the tabs is theme dependent. check my site to see how they look.

    thanks, I think you're right...i got rid of pressbox cuz i hated the way the subcatagories looked.
