   I want to post blog off-line by a plugin called Syndication Rockstar, but i couldn't connect to my blog. But there's no XML-RPC in my dashboard in settings→writting. So ,what can I do ?

   Please advise on how I can get the RPC function show so I could enable XML- RPC.
