You have just started blogging on 30th March. So you need to wait to people know about your blog. Try writing good contents make community, use different tools to publicize.
I am not into the wp.com forums for a long time, so i cannot find them now, but there are a lot of posts on this topic, search the forums.

Short answer: socialize.
Yeah, good content is essential to establish 'staying power' - get dedicated readers etc. But well, you got to socialize to actually get potential fans to be aware of your existence first. For example, after you're done with a post, you can simply just search a tag you've just used for your post and well, chat with others with similar themes to yours.
