I am currently using the Nuntius theme for my blog. I played around with the colours but I'm not liking it, how do I reset the default colours?

Let's see what the theme description indicates:
It’s easy to make Nuntius wear your favorite colors — just go to Appearance → Theme Options to customize the link color as well as the background color for your header and main menu. http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/nuntius/

I've tried setting the colours as close as possible to the original colour scheme, but I was wondering if there was an easy way to get the default scheme back.

You should see a reference to the default colors under the Theme Options:
Background Default color: #890000
Link Default color: #dd7a05 -
I'm seeing rhe default color scheme on that blog.
