   How can I have my status updates and pictures on Facebook also post to my WordPress blog?

   I see the words plugin and widget in the tags in the sidebar. Please be aware that there is no FTP access to free hosted wordpress.com blogs and we cannot install individual plugins into them.

   Is this meaning that things like Twitter and Blogger are "Facebook-friendly" but WordPress is not?
