You cannot edit the CSS without purchasing an annually renewable custom deign upgrade and doing the required CSS editing. We Volunteers do not recommend purchasing the upgrade unless you are experienced with CSS editing.

If you buy the upgrade, you will have to make the changes in CSS code. If you aren't ready for that, don't do it. Just choose a theme that's customizable and tinker with the layout, etc. Newer themes tend to be more customizable.
