How to import blog posts from blog.co.uk

I'm trying to move my current blog with blog.co.uk to WordPress, but because they have no means of creating an export .xml file for you transfer your posts, I'm having trouble. I've got posts that date back to Jan 2013 and I want to transfer all this to WordPress.

I managed to find this post on the forums from 2007 about importing blog posts using another blog platform or through RSS feeds: http://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/importing-from-blogcouk?replies=2

the only problem is, this topic was closed in 2007 and the second link for backing up blog posts to transfer to my WordPress blog doesn't work anymore. Any ideas?

The blog I need help with is diyshopaholic.com.

  2. It appears that blog.co.uk only offers a pdf export of your blog, which is not a format that can be imported into WordPress.com:

You might contact blog.co.uk to see if they can create an .xml export file of your blog for you.

Thanks, I guess the easiest (and time consuming) way would just be to manually move each post across. Unfortunately, I cannot get support from blog.co.uk without upgrading to their Premium paid account. Thanks
