How to import email subscribers from csv file?

    Hello there,

    I'm doing some design work for my clients, Sisters In Christ Worldwide, and I just set up a WordPress.com blog for them. They had a WordPress.org website from which I obtained the csv. file of all subscribers from the webmaster. The subscribers have been receiving daily emails and we don't want to keep them waiting any longer than we have to. All we wish to do is to upload that file to the blog "sistersinchristworldwide.wordpress.com" so that they can continue their daily posting. Please let me know how to handle this. Thanks.

    The blog I need help with is sistersinchristworldwide.wordpress.com.

    I'm sorry but I'm not aware of any way to import your csv file into a free hosted WordPress.com blog. Maybe Staff will have a means of helping you with this. I tagged this thread for a Staff response.

    I'm sorry, at this time we do not have a way to import subscribers. They will need to subscribe themselves, but you can make this easier on them by adding a Follow Blog widget: http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/follow-blog-widget/
