Could you help me, please? Because I'm facing a problem to upload an audio file into my post. It told me that I should do something called space upgrade and I totally dont understand how to do that. Hmm, could you make it easier then? Would this site (wordpress) become a site that user friendly? Thanks for your kind attention. I'm longing to know the answer, soon :)

WordPress.com requires the purchase of a Space Upgrade in order to upload audio to your media library. For more, you can read here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/audio/
If you already have the file uploaded elsewhere, you may of course link to it on your site.
For video, a different subscription is required to VideoPress: http://en.support.wordpress.com/videopress/ - but if you would rather, you can upload your videos to an external service instead, like YouTube or Vimeo, and then embed them in your blog using shortcodes: http://en.support.wordpress.com/videos/

@ashrinadia: Uploading to blog and inserting into post are two different things. Here's what you can do:
Sign up with http://www.fileden.com/ (for free). Upload mp3 there and copy its URL. Go to your post editor, switch to HTML, paste URL this way:
[audio URL HERE]
That will produce the WP audio player.
And please paste the URL of your blog when asking questions here, or link your username to your blog (as explained in the Sticky 8 Things to Know Before Posting). We usually need that to give a relevant answer.
