   Hello, I have sign up and config my blog, but I don´t have downloaded WordPress. How can I install the plugins now? Please help. Thanks

   Hello there, I'm afraid we don't allow plugins here at WordPress.com as mentioned in the FAQ: http://faq.wordpress.com/2005/10/27/can-i-upload-my-own-plugins/

   If your blog is self-hosted, you need to see the people at http://wordpress.org/support

   If you absolutely wish to use a plugin you need to use wordpress.org in conjuction with your own hosting instead of wordpress.com. We have a list of recommended hosts at
   http://wordpress.org/hosting/
