I Want to add Description and Keywords to my blog. I read some where that we need to install plugins to add the keywords and description. How ever i dont have any idea where to instal and how to istall plugins.
please let me know the process.

1. You cannot install any plugins if your blog is hosted here on wordpress.COM. You can only do that with a blog that is hosted on your own server, this is, what wordpress.ORG is. You can read about the difference here.
2. You can add a description in Settings > General. Keywords not, but these are ignored by Google anyway ;-)

mkalina is correct. This is a multi-user blogging platform and there is not FTP access to wordpress.com free hosted blogs for security reasons. Consewquently we cannot install plugins or themes.
It's essential IMO to have an about pages and to spend some time and energy of deciding what your blog URL, blog title, tagline will be and what your blog purpose is' Then your can craft a blog description that clears states the purpose for the blog and its branding. In the past Google paid attention to meta data but we have know for over 2 years now that they no longer do.

Keywords occur naturally in any language. One must avoid attempting to stuff their content with key words that do not naturally occur in our writing as search spiders do detect keyword stuffing. http://www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?answer=66358

In a nutshell no blogger initiated advertising, retailing or reselling the work created or services provided by anyone other than yourself is allowed on free hosted wordpress.COM blogs. E-commerce transactions via shopping carts and the like cannot be conducted on free blogs from and being free hosted by wordpress.COM
The advertising exceptions noted in support documentation are for high traffic blogs that qualify for and are accepted into the Ad Control program, and for extremely high traffic blogs that qualify and are accepted into the paid VIP hosting program.
